Strategic Acquisition of Transstroy

Transstroy India Limited (TIL), a well reputed large-scale infrastructure company with major infrastructure projects spread across India, underwent a significant transformation from 2018 till 2022. In a strategic acquisition aimed at reviving and repositioning the company as a leaner, more execution-driven enterprise, M/s Hruday Infra and Resource Solutions Private Limited, under the stewardship of Mr. Ananth Vummidi – Managing Director and Chairman of Vummidi Enterprises LLP, acquired M/s Transstroy India Limited as a going concern through the formal liquidation process in Oct 2022, as per order passed by the Hon’ble NCLT, Amaravathi Bench, I.A.(IBC)/39/2022 and opened a new chapter in the company’s journey
